Ethnic Minorities EMBRACE is an internship program, sponsored by the Lehman Brothers Multicultural Network, which provides you with first-hand exposure to our Investment Banking, Capital Markets, Investment Management and Corporate divisions.

The program is designed to:

• Increase your understanding of the fundamentals of investment banking
• Enable you to experience what it is like to work in a fast-paced environment
• Help you identify valuable career development skills
• Allow you to meet new people and develop a network for career information and support

The program takes place during the summer and seeks to attract and develop exceptionally talented candidates from ethnic minority backgrounds who are in their first year of full-time study (or second year if on a four-year course) at university. We seek applicants who are ambitious and have a track record of initiative, leadership and teamwork. Fluency in English is a prerequisite, and a second European language is useful.
