Private Investment Management (PIM) Sales Summer Associate Program: U.S.
The Private Investment Management (PIM) Sales summer associate program is a ten-week experience which begins in June with a month-long New York-based training program, followed by rotations through selected investment representative teams in your regional office. During training, associates will learn to sell a complete suite of wealth management services to high net worth clients. Associates will be responsible for completing numerous project and presentation assignments, including writing a high net worth sales business plan.
Rotation And Group Placement Process
As a summer associate, you will rotate through specific investment representative teams according to your geographic region. You will receive invaluable on-the-job guidance, mentorship and assistance from a diverse group of senior investment professionals.
Feedback And Review Process
The PIM Sales summer associate review process enables you to receive developmental feedback on your performance and to gain a clear understanding of what you need to do in order to receive a full-time offer.
Performance reviews take place twice during the summer and are communicated by the summer associate program managers.
The summer associate program managers also serve as your mentors and advisors, and provide you with regular feedback and career guidance.
Mentorship Programs
As a PIM Sales summer associate, you are paired with a New York-based senior advisor (an established investment representative) who will serve as your mentor. For summer associates based in regional offices, the senior advisor will be one of your primary connections to the New York headquarters office.
You will also be assigned an associate mentor to help you navigate the Division and to help you expand your network.
