The Firm seeks to build new business opportunities based on our commitment to diversity. Our Partnership Solutions group actively builds relationships with minority- and women-owned broker-dealers, hedge funds, private equity firms and other financial services firms.

Our Supplier Diversity Initiative works to build and strengthen relationships with suppliers from underrepresented groups. This can include small

businesses or businesses which are 51% or more owned by women and individuals from minority groups. The Supplier Diversity Initiative works to actively seek bids from these suppliers to procure goods and services in support of our operations. The Lehman Brothers Centre for Women in Business is dedicated to promoting women at all stages of their careers and assisting organizations to attract, retain and develop the broadest talent pool.
