Strategy professionals play a critical role in strengthening and growing Lehman Brothers’ global franchise. The group harnesses the Firm’s best thinking in setting overall strategic direction and establishing Firmwide priorities that drive measurable increases in shareholder value. As a member of this dynamic team, you will work closely with senior business leaders to identify and evaluate attractive strategic opportunities, to deliver actionable recommendations to the Firm’s leadership against the most critical of these opportunities, and to structure and execute accretive strategic acquisitions and joint ventures. Members of the Strategy group have followed a range of exciting career paths within the Firm, including senior Strategy positions across businesses and regions; client-facing roles in Investment Banking, Capital Markets and Investment Management; and executive leadership roles within the Corporate Division.
