Equity Syndicate

The Equity Syndicate desk facilitates capital raising needs for the Firm's corporate clients. The team is responsible for the marketing and execution process of new equity issuances, including initial public offerings (IPOs), secondary stock offerings and convertible securities. The Syndicate desk is involved with new equity offerings from beginning to end. The team's role begins with syndication (communicating with other banks), followed by marketing (coordination of marketing and investor road show) and the actual execution of the offering.

The Syndicate desk acts as the hub bringing together issuing companies, investment bankers, salespersons, traders and buy-side clients. Syndicate team members pair their market knowledge with issuers' business models to address investment decisions and client needs.
