Lehman Brothers provides comprehensive financial advisory and capital-raising services to corporations, financial institutions and governments worldwide. Client-focused investment bankers work in teams with product and financing specialists, drawing upon all the resources of the Firm to help our clients achieve their strategic objectives.
We apply an integrated approach to client coverage and organize our investment bankers into industry, product and geographic groups. This structure provides clients with bankers who have industry-specific and geographic expertise across all investment banking products.
Although the division is divided into distinct groups, our ability to deliver solutions to our clients relies on all the groups working together successfully.
What Role Might You Play?
- Deal Execution
- Work closely with clients and execution teams (lawyers, accountants, consultants, bankers) on mandated transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, capital raisings and restructurings.
- Develop Client Relationships
- Generate and present ideas at client meetings alongside senior bankers.
- Strategic Analysis
- Support transactions and client presentations with financial, structural and business risk analyses.
Investment Banking Overview
As a global business, Investment Banking is organized broadly by region: the Americas, Europe and Asia. Each region is organized along similar lines with industry, country and product groups. The country coverage groups focus on specific countries within a region. The industry and product groups are managed on a global basis.
