Client Reporting Operations identifies and creates strategic client reporting metrics which ensures accurate transactional and valuation date. Clients receive monthly reports detailing information analyzing their portfolios against key market benchmarks, including information on assets that our clients hold at third-party custodians.
Data validation and reconciliation functions of internal bookkeeping as well as assets held at other custodians is performed, so that clients have the ability to view portfolio returns. By tracking the initial cost basis of security purchases, clients can receive analytics that include realized and unrealized short-term and long-term gain/loss information. These functions grow more challenging as our clients invest in alternative asset classes and international securities. The group also prepares and distributes customized reporting, which assists the Sales team in developing new client relationships and maintaining existing relationships.
