The Operations Business Analysis group functions as change agents for the Firm, facilitating change in an effective and cost-efficient manner. The group performs opportunity analysis, viability analysis and project execution.

During the opportunity analysis phase, business analysts work with the business they support, to challenge existing business models and operating structures, to identify ideas and opportunities that enable the Firm to achieve its goals. During the viability analysis phase, business analysts explore the practicality of the ideas and initiatives. They then analyze the costs and benefits of these ideas and recommend the initiatives that will be most effective. Business analysts also develop implementation plans for the selected initiatives.

To ensure successful execution, business analysts lead the requirements-gathering phase of the projects.
