Recruiting and Programs

Supporting the Firm’s commitment to be the employer of choice, the Recruiting and Programs team drives strategy and execution plans for campus recruiting and new hire integration for analysts and associates. Professionals in this team work closely with the Equities, Fixed Income, Investment Banking and Investment Management Divisions.* Together they design and deliver sourcing plans to attract outstanding entry-level hires for our analyst and associate programs from campuses around the world. The team also oversees the management of our global internship programs which serve as the key entry point to full-time employment with Lehman Brothers. In addition to managing entry-level training and the placement and review processes, the team guides early-stage career development for program participants.
