Mark A.
Walsh
Managing Director, Head of Global Real Estate Group (New York)
Mark A. Walsh is head of the Global Real Estate group and a managing director of the Firm. Mr. Walsh co-headed the Real Estate Private Equity group from 2000 to 2007, overseeing the formation of the group’s two opportunistic equity vehicles and its inaugural real estate mezzanine fund. Since 1993, he has overseen the Firm's distressed mortgage debt acquisitions, real estate principal equity and mezzanine lending activities, overseeing the origination of more than $300 billion of commercial real estate debt and equity transactions. In addition to his responsibilities as co-head of Lehman Brothers Real Estate Partners II, Mr. Walsh is a member of the Lehman Brothers Investment Committee and the Fixed Income Management Committee. He is also chairman of both the Real Estate Mezzanine Loan and Portfolio Management Committees. Prior to joining Lehman Brothers, he was a lawyer and represented financial institutions in all aspects of commercial mortgage loan origination, workouts and secondary market transactions. Mr. Walsh has over 25 years of real estate experience and holds a B.A. from the College of the Holy Cross and a J.D. from Fordham Law School. |

Brett Bossung
Managing Director, Co-Head of the Real Estate Private Equity Group (New York)
Brett Bossung is the co-head of the Real Estate Private Equity group and a managing director of the Firm. Mr. Bossung has been at Lehman Brothers for over 15 years and before taking over as global co-head of Real Estate Private Equity he served as co-head of Lehman Brothers Real Estate Mezzanine Partners. Mr. Bossung is also a member of the Firm’s Private Equity Management Committee. Prior to joining Lehman Brothers’ Real Estate Private Equity group, Mr. Bossung was one of the senior bankers in the Global Real Estate Investment Banking group, where he was involved in a broad range of financial advisory/M&A assignments, asset dispositions, initial public offerings, and single-asset and pooled CMBS transactions. Throughout his career he has been involved with over $20 billion of transactions. From 1996 through 1998, Mr. Bossung was head of the Real Estate Equity Capital Markets group, responsible for structuring equity-related transactions and coordinating all real estate equity-related offerings. Prior to joining Lehman Brothers, Mr. Bossung worked in the real estate investment banking group at Kidder, Peabody & Co. Mr. Bossung holds a B.A. from Drexel University and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago. |

Mark H.
Newman
Managing Director, Co-Head and Chief Investment Officer of the Real Estate Private Equity
Group (London)
Mark H. Newman is the co-head of the Real Estate Private Equity group and a managing director of the Firm. Mr. Newman is a member of the Firm’s Private Equity Management Committee and also serves as the chief investment officer of the group, overseeing investment decisions for the equity and mezzanine funds and participating in the oversight of the group's global asset management. Prior to joining Lehman Brothers in 2000 to lead the group's real estate private equity investment activity in Europe, Mr. Newman was a managing director and a principal with the Fortress Investment Group (Fortress), a firm managing over $1.1 billion in private equity for worldwide investment in real estate assets, where he managed its European business. He came to Fortress from Gentra Inc., a Canadian real estate finance company (formerly known as Royal Trustco), where he worked from 1993 to 1998. Mr. Newman has approximately 20 years of real estate experience, and holds a B.A. from Dartmouth College and an LL.B. from Dalhousie University. |

Yon Cho
Managing Director, Head of Lehman Brothers Real Estate Mezzanine Partners (New York)
Yon Cho is the head of the Mezzanine Fund and a managing director of the Firm. Mr. Cho has been with Lehman Brothers since 1993, most recently serving as chief operating officer of the Global Commercial Real Estate Finance group, responsible for asset management, credit and real estate investments including Asia-Pacific operations. He has originated over $5 billion of principal investments in commercial real estate in a variety of debt/equity structures and distressed debt acquisitions. He was also in charge of asset management for over $6 billion of real estate debt and equity investments. Prior to joining Lehman Brothers he was in the Real Estate Consulting group at Coopers & Lybrand. He has over 15 years of real estate experience and holds a B.S. from Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and an M.B.A. from New York University's Stern School of Business. |

Rodolpho
Amboss
Managing Director, Chief Financial Officer of the Real Estate Private
Equity Group (New York)
Rodolpho Amboss is a principal of the Funds and a managing director of the Firm, responsible for global financial management. Mr. Amboss joined Lehman Brothers in 1997, and prior to joining the Real Estate Private Equity group, was involved in a number of financial advisory assignments, strategic/M&A and capital markets transactions for both private and public clients. Prior to joining Lehman Brothers, Mr. Amboss worked for Gafisa S.A., one of Brazil's largest residential development and construction companies. He has over 20 years of experience in the acquisition, development and financing of commercial real estate both in Brazil and the United States. He received a B.Sc. in civil and construction engineering from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro, Brazil and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago's Graduate School of Business. |

Baroni

Lorenzo Baroni is a principal of the Equity Funds and a senior vice president of the Firm. Prior to joining Lehman Brothers in 2000, Mr. Baroni was an associate with the real estate investment banking team of Lazard, based in Milan. During his tenure at Lazard, he participated in M&A and restructuring assignments totaling over $6 billion. Mr. Baroni holds a degree with honors from the University of Verona in Italy. |

Michael Barr is a principal of the Equity Funds and a managing director of the Firm. Prior to joining Lehman Brothers in 2001, Mr. Barr was a principal and a member of the Investment Committee at Westbrook Partners, L.L.C., a real estate merchant banking firm. During his tenure at Westbrook, which spanned three real estate investment funds with $2.7 billion in total equity capital, Mr. Barr focused on transaction origination and execution throughout the U.S. He began his career in the Real Estate Investment Banking group at Merrill Lynch & Co., where he participated in numerous financing and advisory assignments for public and private real estate companies. Brad Carpenter
Managing Director, Mezzanine Investments (New York)
Brad Carpenter is a principal of the Mezzanine Fund and a managing director of the Firm. Prior to joining Lehman Brothers in 2005, Mr. Carpenter spent 16 years in the real estate departments at PNC Bank and Black Rock, where he most recently served as a director and co-head of origination for Black Rock's High Yield Real Estate group. His responsibilities included the structuring, underwriting and origination of subordinate debt for separate accounts, commingled investment funds and Black Rock's public mortgage REIT, Anthracite. Prior to moving his team to Black Rock, Mr. Carpenter formed and ran the Mezzanine Finance group at PNC Bank from 1998 to 2000. He was previously a senior vice president and manager in the Commercial Real Estate department at PNC Bank where his responsibilities included origination of first mortgage construction and stabilized real estate loans. Mr. Carpenter has approximately 20 years of combined real estate experience and holds a B.S. and a B.B.A. in real estate and finance, and an M.S. in real estate and urban land economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. |

Prior to joining Lehman Brothers Real Estate Partners, Ms. Chu was a member of Lehman Brothers' Real Estate Investment Banking group since 2001, where she worked on a variety of transactions including equity offerings, debt issuance and strategic advisory for public and private real estate companies. Ms. Chu originally joined Lehman Brothers in 1995 as a member of the Structured Finance group, where she participated in over $15 billion of ABS transactions. Kevin Dinnie is a principal of the Funds and global co-head of asset management of the Real Estate Private Equity Group, responsible for asset management of the North American and Asian portfolios. Prior to joining Lehman Brothers in early 2001, Mr. Dinnie was a managing director with GE Capital Real Estate where he worked from 1990. He had overall responsibility for risk and asset management in Europe and was instrumental in the growth of GE's European portfolio from $500 million in 1992 to over $6 billion of investment across 15 European countries. Prior to joining GE, Mr. Dinnie worked for Andersen Consulting in the Real Estate Services group. He has over 20 years of real estate experience, and holds a B.A. and M.B.A. from the University of Connecticut. |

Jason Dunn

Jason Dunn is a principal of the Equity Funds and a senior vice
president of the Firm. Since joining Lehman Brothers in 1997, Mr.
Dunn has participated in various transactions in Japan, China, Thailand
and South Korea aggregating more than $1 billion of investments,
including real estate equity, secured nonperforming loans, structured
finance and corporate sponsorship transactions. Prior to joining
Lehman Brothers, Mr. Dunn worked for Westpac Banking Corporation
and for Coopers & Lybrand for a combined period of five years.
Mr. Dunn holds a B.C.A. undergraduate degree from Victoria University
of New Zealand and is a licensed chartered accountant. |
