Keith Fischer
Senior Vice President, Equity Investments (Frankfurt)

Keith Fischer is a principal of the Equity Funds and a senior vice president of the Firm. Prior to joining Lehman Brothers in 2005, Mr. Fischer was a founding principal of the European real estate private equity firm, Orion Capital Managers, where he was in charge of Orion's German business. Before joining Orion in 1999, he was a vice president at Citigroup, where he played a key role in restructuring the bank's European real estate loan portfolio. Mr. Fischer began his real estate career at Hines and at Commerzbank. He has approximately 20 years of real estate experience, and holds a B.A. from Oberlin College and an M.Phil. from the University of St Andrews in Scotland.

David J. Gillerman
Senior Vice President, Equity Investments (London)

David J. Gillerman is a principal of the Equity Funds and a senior vice president of the Firm. Mr. Gillerman joined Lehman Brothers in 1999. Prior to joining Lehman Brothers Real Estate Partners in 2002, Mr. Gillerman was a member of Lehman Brothers' European Investment Banking group, where he participated in numerous M&A, debt, public and private equity financing, and strategic advisory assignments on behalf of public and private companies. Mr. Gillerman holds both a B.A. and LL.B. with honors from the IDC University in Israel.

Keith Greengrove
Managing Director, Real Estate Private Equity (Hong Kong)

Keith Greengrove is a principal of the Funds and a managing director of the Firm, responsible for the day-to-day management of the Real Estate Private Equity group's Asian activities and investments. Prior to joining Lehman Brothers in 2005, Mr. Greengrove most recently served as a managing partner of Moore Strategic Venture Partners (MSVP) and president of Millennium Corporation. As one of the founding partners at MSVP, Mr. Greengrove was responsible for underwriting and pricing of secured nonperforming loan portfolios and related real estate assets, as well as overseeing asset recovery functions. Prior to joining MSVP, Mr. Greengrove was a partner at Contrarian Capital, an $800 million distressed investment fund, where, from 1995 to 1999, he was responsible for the origination, pricing and recovery of real estate related assets. Prior to joining Contrarian Capital, Mr. Greengrove worked in various positions for Oppenheimer, J.E. Robert Cos., Merabank, and the Bank of New England. Mr. Greengrove has over 25 years of real estate experience, and holds a B.S. from the University of Delaware and a graduate certificate from New York University's real estate program.

Jacquelyn B. Hamilton
Senior Vice President, Mezzanine Investments (New York)

Jacquelyn B. Hamilton is a principal of the Mezzanine Fund and a senior vice president of the Firm. Since joining Lehman Brothers in 1999, Ms. Hamilton has managed numerous equity and debt transactions as a member of Lehman Brothers' Principal Transactions group. Prior to joining Lehman Brothers, she was an asset manager for Atlanta-based Hatfield Philips Inc., where she was responsible for monitoring and restructuring real estate investments on behalf of Lehman Brothers. Ms. Hamilton has over 10 years of real estate experience and holds an M.B.A. from New York University's Stern School of Business and a B.S. from the Georgia Institute of Technology.

Wilhelm Hammel
Vice President, Equity Investments (London)

Wilhelm Hammel is a principal of the Equity Funds and a vice president of the Firm. Mr. Hammel joined Lehman Brothers Real Estate Partners in July 2006 and has since worked on equity and mezzanine transactions in Germany and France. Prior to joining Lehman Brothers, Mr. Hammel was an associate with the Real Estate Investment Banking team of Eurohypo in London, where he worked on high leverage loan structures and M &A advisory mandates. Prior to Eurohypo, Mr. Hammel was a manager in the Corporate Finance – Real Estate group at KPMG in Frankfurt. Mr. Hammel has approximately 10 years of real estate experience and holds an M.Eng. in civil engineering from Darmstadt University, Germany, an M.S. in earthquake engineering from SUNY Buffalo and an M.B.A. from INSEAD in France.

Pablo Hernàndez Villalòn
Senior Vice President, Equity Investments (Mumbai)

Pablo Hernàndez Villalòn is a principal of the Equity Funds and a senior vice president of the Firm. Mr. Villalòn serves as the Chief Credit Officer of the Real Estate Private Equity group's Indian activities, with responsibility for oversight of underwriting and execution of transactions in India. Prior to joining Lehman Brothers in 2001, he practiced architecture for nine years and was a partner at Chandler and Hernandez Architects in Miami. He has over 15 years of real estate experience and holds a B.Arch. from Cornell University, an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago's Graduate School of Business, and an M.Sc. in urban and regional planning from London School of Economics.

Narimitsu Horimai
Senior Vice President, Equity Investments (Tokyo)

Narimitsu Horimai is a principal of the Equity Funds and a senior vice president of the Firm. Prior to joining Lehman Brothers in 2006, Mr. Horimai worked exclusively for the Firm ’s real estate business for more than eight years while employed by the Capital Servicing Group. During his tenure at the Capital Servicing Group he was involved in the origination, underwriting and acquisition of in excess of $500 million (¥60 billion) of non-performing loan and real estate equity investments on behalf of the Firm. Mr. Horimai serves as a director on many sponsorship and asset management companies within the Firm’s real estate business. Mr. Horimai has over 15 years of real estate experience and holds Japan CPA and real estate brokerage licenses.

Natalie Howard
Managing Director, Mezzanine Investments (London)

Natalie Howard is a principal of the Mezzanine Fund and a managing director of the Firm, responsible for the day-to-day management of the Fund’s European activities and investments. Prior to joining Lehman Brothers in 2007, she ran the European Real Estate Finance group at Barclays Capital, having set up their highly successful ECLIPSE CMBS platform. Also a founding member of Morgan Stanley’s ELoC CMBS Program, Ms. Howard has been at the forefront of European CMBS for eight years, originating over £5 billion of loans for securitization during that time. With over 20 years of real estate experience, Ms. Howard has worked in all areas of the capital structure, across all real estate asset classes, on both the sell side and the buy side.

Amanda S. Jean-Baptiste
Senior Vice President, Equity Investments (London)

Amanda S. Jean-Baptiste is a principal of the Equity Funds and a senior vice president of the Firm. Prior to joining Lehman Brothers Real Estate Partners in 2001, Ms. Jean-Baptiste worked as a financial controller with Eaton Corporation and as a financial auditor with PricewaterhouseCoopers. Ms. Jean-Baptiste is a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and has an M.B.A. from Imperial College, London.

John Jegen
Senior Vice President, Asset Management (New York)

John Jegen is a principal of the Funds and a senior vice president of the Firm, responsible for asset management of the Real Estate Private Equity group's mezzanine investments. Prior to joining Lehman Brothers in 2004, Mr. Jegen was the U.S. real estate portfolio manager for Alecta Investment Management, a Swedish pension plan with total assets of approximately $35 billion, responsible for oversight of advisor relationships, strategy, acquisitions and dispositions. Prior to joining Alecta in 2001, Mr. Jegen held various positions at GE Capital Real Estate including senior vice president of affordable housing, portfolio manager for the HUD portfolios acquired by GE and regional portfolio manager in Chicago. He has over 20 years of real estate experience, and holds an M.B.A. from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a B.Sc. in finance from Santa Clara University.

Edward Kang
Vice President, Equity Investments (New York)

Edward Kang is a principal of the Equity Funds and a vice president of the Firm. Mr. Kang joined Lehman Brothers in 2004. Prior to joining Lehman Brothers Real Estate Partners in 2006, Mr. Kang was a member of Lehman Brothers' Real Estate Investment Banking group, where he participated in numerous advisory and financing transactions on behalf of public and private clients. Prior to joining Lehman Brothers in 2004, Mr. Kang was a mergers and acquisitions lawyer at Davis Polk & Wardwell where he advised private equity firms, corporations and financial institutions on a variety of acquisition, disposition, joint venture and other transactions. Mr. Kang holds an A.B. from Harvard College and a J.D. from Harvard Law School.

M. David Kim
Vice President, Equity Investments (New York)

M. David Kim is a principal of the Equity Funds and a vice president of the Firm. Mr. Kim joined Lehman Brothers in 2000. Prior to joining Lehman Brothers Real Estate Partners in 2002, Mr. Kim was a member of Lehman Brothers’ Real Estate Investment Banking group in San Francisco, where he participated in a variety of corporate finance and advisory assignments on behalf of public and private real estate companies. Mr. Kim graduated in 2000 with a B.S. with distinction from the University of Virginia's McIntire School of Commerce.

Brad Lebovitz
Senior Vice President, Asset Management (Atlanta)

Brad Lebovitz is a principal of the Funds and a senior vice president of the Firm. Prior to joining Lehman Brothers in 2005, Mr. Lebovitz was a senior vice president with TriMont Real Estate Advisors responsible for managing a team of 24 professionals working for Lehman Brothers Real Estate Partners. Prior to joining TriMont, Mr. Lebovitz was a vice president at MetLife for 10 years, where he held various positions including national head of business development and manager of national sales and acquisitions. While at MetLife, Mr. Lebovitz was responsible for management of over $2 billion in property sales. He also was executive vice president of an affiliate of Whitehall Funds, where he acquired over $600 million of regional malls. Earlier in his career, Mr. Lebovitz held various positions in real estate and accounting. He has over 20 years of real estate experience, holds a B.A. in accounting from Cleveland State University and is a certified public accountant.

Anne Lemonnier
Managing Director, Equity Investments (London)

Anne Lemonnier is a principal of the Equity Funds and a managing director of the Firm. Prior to joining Lehman Brothers in 2000, Ms. Lemonnier was a senior vice president of Archon (part of the Whitehall Funds) in Paris, where she was involved in acquisitions totaling more than $2 billion in France and Italy. She came to Archon from Soci été Générale, where she worked from 1991 to 1998 in various positions within the capital markets and structured finance divisions in Paris and in Madrid. Ms. Lemonnier holds an M.A. in economics and finance from the University of Paris Dauphine.

John Linger
Managing Director, Marketing (New York)

John Linger is principal of the Fund and a managing director of the Firm, responsible for Fund marketing. Prior to joining Lehman Brothers in 2007, Mr. Linger was a managing director with Cherokee Investment Partners LLC, a private equity real estate firm managing in excess of $2.0 billion of capital for opportunistic investment in real estate assets in North America and Western Europe. Prior to joining Cherokee in 1997, Mr. Linger was a co-founder and partner of Atlantic-Pacific Capital, LLC, an investment banking firm focused on raising capital for alternative investment funds. Prior thereto, he was a principal of Benedetto Gartland & Greene, Inc., a New York-based investment banking firm. In addition, Mr. Linger was a senior associate in the Acquisition and Private Finance group of Dean Witter Reynolds, Inc. He has over 10 years of real estate experience and holds a B.A. from the University of Michigan and an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School.

Joyce Lo
Vice President, Equity Investments (Hong Kong)

Joyce Lo is a principal of the Equity Funds and a vice president of the Firm. Since joining the Real Estate Private Equity group in 2005, Ms. Lo has been involved in almost $800 million of real estate equity transactions across Asia. Prior to joining the Real Estate Private Equity group, Ms. Lo held several positions within the Firm since 1999, spanning the Investment Banking, Fixed Income and Equities divisions. Ms. Lo graduated from Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 1999 and holds a B. Eng. and an M. Eng. in electrical engineering and computer science, as well as a B. Sc. in management science majoring in finance and marketing.

John McCarthy
Managing Director, Global Co-Head of Asset Management of the Real Estate Private Equity Group (London)

John McCarthy is a principal of the Funds and global co-head of asset management of the Real Estate Private Equity Group, responsible for asset management of the European and Indian portfolios. Prior to joining Lehman Brothers in June of 2005, Mr. McCarthy was a partner at O'Connor Capital Partners where he was responsible for the asset management of the European investments of the Argo and Peabody Funds, with portfolio assets under management totaling approximately $5 billion at its peak. Prior to joining O'Connor, Mr. McCarthy held a variety of responsibilities at GE Capital, including creation of the firm's real estate investment business in Central Europe. Mr. McCarthy has approximately 20 years of real estate experience, and holds a B.S. from the University of Connecticut and an M.B.A. from Fordham University.

Michael McNamara
Managing Director, Equity Investments (New York)

Michael McNamara is a principal of the Equity Funds and a managing director of the Firm. Prior to joining Lehman Brothers in early 2000, he was national head of acquisitions at Lend Lease Real Estate Investments and its predecessor, Equitable Real Estate Investment Management. Mr. McNamara was instrumental in executing a broad range of real estate transactions at Lend Lease including over $5 billion in acquisitions during the last two years. He is a member of the Leadership Group of the Urban Land Institute, NAIOP and ICSC. He has over 25 years of real estate experience and holds a B.A. from St. John's University.

Leo Morozov
Senior Vice President, Equity Investments (London)

Leo Morozov is a principal of the Equity Funds and a senior vice president of the Firm. Prior to joining Lehman Brothers Real Estate Partners in 2008, Mr. Morozov was a member of Immoeast Corporate Finance Consulting GmbH as the investment manager of Immoeast AG, the largest publicly-traded real estate fund focusing on Central and Eastern Europe. He originated and completed numerous investments in existing assets, developments and third-party funds in countries such as Russia, Romania, Serbia, Ukraine, Poland and Turkey. Prior to Immoeast, Mr. Morozov worked as a vice president at Barons Financial Services SA and as fund manager at Venture Partners AG. Mr. Morozov began his career in the Investment Banking group of Credit Suisse First Boston in New York. Mr. Morozov holds a B.A. magna cum laude from Washington and Lee University in Virginia and an M.B.A. from London Business School.

Naresh Naik
Vice President, Asset Management (Mumbai)

Naresh (Nike) Naik is a principal of the Equity Funds and a vice president of the Firm, responsible for asset management in India. Prior to joining Lehman Brothers Real Estate Partners in 2007, Mr. Naik held a position at Liberty Street (a subsidiary of TriMont Real Estate Advisors) in Atlanta, where he worked for many years in various capacities across the LBREP I and II North American and Indian portfolios. Mr. Naik was also involved in creating the initial Asset Management infrastructure upon Lehman Brothers' first venture into the real estate private equity space in 2000. Prior to joining Liberty Street, Mr. Naik lived in Goa, India, where he owned and operated his own architectural practice. Mr. Naik is a graduate of Goa University in India with a degree in architecture.

Scott Noonan
Vice President, Equity Investments (Tokyo)

Scott Noonan is a principal of the Equity Funds and a vice president of the Firm. Prior to joining Lehman Brothers Real Estate Partners in 2007, Mr. Noonan served for six years in the Firm’s Asia Corporate Strategy group, where he worked with senior management to help drive development of the Firm’s strategy across countries, businesses, and partnership opportunities in Asia. Mr. Noonan began his career as an analyst in the Investment Banking Division of Lehman Brothers in 1995. He has also held positions at a telecom investment company in Vietnam and an early-stage venture capital company in Japan. Mr. Noonan graduated summa cum laude from Tufts University with a B.S. and a B.A. and holds an M.B.A. from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
