Tanya Oblak
Senior Vice President, Investor Relations (New York)

Tanya Oblak is a principal of the Funds and a senior vice president of the Firm, responsible for Investor Relations and Marketing. Ms. Oblak joined Lehman Brothers in 2001. Prior to joining the Real Estate Private Equity group in 2003, she was an associate in Lehman Brothers' Real Estate Investment Banking group, where she participated in a number of financing transactions and strategic advisory assignments on behalf of public and private clients. Ms. Oblak holds a B.A. from Middlebury College and an M.B.A. from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.

Yuichi Ohata
Vice President, Asset Management (Tokyo)

Yuichi Ohata is a principal of the Equity Funds and a vice president of the Firm. Prior to joining Lehman Brothers Real Estate Partners in 2007, Mr. Ohata was employed by Capital Services Group in Tokyo since 2003 where he focused primarily on asset management of the LBREP II Asia portfolio. Prior to joining Lehman Brothers, Mr. Ohata worked for 15 years with Kumagai Gumi Co., Ltd., a Japanese construction company, in its real estate and construction businesses in Japan, U.K. and Australia. He holds a B.A. in law from Sophia University in Tokyo and an M.A. in property valuation and law from City University in London.

Coburn Packard
Senior Vice President, Equity Investments (New York)

Coburn Packard is a principal of the Equity Funds and a senior vice president of the Firm. Mr. Packard joined Lehman Brothers in 1998, and prior to joining Lehman Brothers Real Estate Partners in 1999, he was a member of Lehman Brothers' Real Estate Investment Banking group, where he participated in numerous debt and public and private equity financing and strategic advisory assignments on behalf of public and private real estate companies. Mr. Packard holds a B.A. from Yale University.

Gerald Parkes
Managing Director, Real Estate Private Equity Group (London)

Gerald Parkes is a principal of the Funds and a managing director of the Firm, responsible for the day-to-day management of the Funds' European activities and investments. Mr. Parkes has over 25 years of experience in cross-border real estate investment in Europe and the U.S. Previously, he was a founding partner of The Yarmouth Group in the U.S. and ran his own business Parkes and Company in Europe between 1996 and 2001. In 2001, he sold his business to Invesco, where he was chief executive of its European real estate investment and advisory business. Mr. Parkes joined Lehman Brothers in 2004. He is a former chairman of the Urban Land Institute in Europe and is currently chairman of the Advisory Council to the Real Estate Finance programme at the University of Cambridge.

Minh Pham
Vice President, Equity Investments (London)

Minh Pham is a principal of the Equity Funds and a vice president of the Firm. Prior to joining Lehman Brothers Real Estate Partners in 2008, Mr. Pham evaluated and executed corporate transactions and asset acquisitions as a member of GE Real Estate in Paris, France. Prior to his six years with GE Real Estate, Mr. Pham worked as a project engineer for the City of Vancouver, managing teams of engineers to complete infrastructure and real estate developments. Mr. Pham holds a B.S. in Engineering from McGill University, a Masters in Engineering from the University of British Columbia and an M.B.A. from INSEAD.

Sundaram Rajagopal
Managing Director, Equity Investments (Mumbai)

Sundaram (Raj) Rajagopal is a principal of the Equity Funds and a managing director of the Firm, with a focus on the Real Estate Private Equity group's activities in India. Prior to joining Lehman Brothers in 2006, Mr. Rajagopal served as the managing partner for Third Point India LLC, a partnership dedicated to real estate and other special situation investments in India. Prior to joining Third Point India, Mr. Rajagopal was a vice president at Starwood Capital Group, a real estate private equity firm in Greenwich, CT, where he focused on transaction execution for a variety of asset classes in the United States and Europe over a period of three years. Prior to joining Starwood, Mr. Rajagopal served as the managing director of Sundaram Architects Private Limited in Bangalore, India, where he was responsible for the design and management of over 30 building and infrastructure projects. Mr. Rajagopal has over 15 years of real estate experience, and holds a B.S. in civil engineering from the University of Texas at Austin, an M.S. in structural engineering from the University of California at Berkeley and an M.B.A. with distinction (first and second year honors) from Harvard Business School.

John W. Randall
Senior Vice President, Mezzanine Investments (New York)

John W. Randall is a principal of the Mezzanine Fund and a senior vice president of the Firm. Prior to joining Lehman Brothers, Mr. Randall was a vice president at Deutsche Bank, originating and underwriting mezzanine investments for the DB Real Estate Mezzanine Investment Funds. Prior to this experience, Mr. Randall worked in the CMBS group of Daiwa Securities originating and structuring conduit loans. Mr. Randall started his career with Arthur Andersen and Jones Lang Wootton, where he valued over $1 billion of real estate in the U.S. and Latin America. Mr. Randall has over 10 years of real estate experience, and holds a B.A. magna cum laude from Bowdoin College and an M.B.A. from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Quentin Reynolds
Vice President, Equity Investments (New York)

Quentin Reynolds is a principal of the Equity Funds and a vice president of the Firm. Mr. Reynolds joined Lehman Brothers in 1996. Prior to joining Lehman Brothers Real Estate Partners in 2002, he was a member of Lehman Brothers' Real Estate Investment Banking group, where he participated in the execution of numerous corporate finance and advisory transactions on behalf of public and private real estate companies. Mr. Reynolds holds a B.A. from the University of Virginia and an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School.

Rod Reynolds
Vice President, Asset Management (Atlanta)

Rod Reynolds is a principal of the Equity Funds and a vice president of the Firm. Prior to joining Lehman Brothers in early 2007, Mr. Reynolds was a vice president with TriMont Real Estate Advisors where he worked since 2001. Mr. Reynolds’ primary responsibility at TriMont included the co-leadership of a risk and asset management team for Lehman Brothers Real Estate Partners’ holdings in North America. Mr. Reynolds has over seven years of real estate experience and holds a B.A. from the University of South Florida and an M.B.A. in finance from Georgia State University.

Hugh Rogers
Senior Vice President, Asset Management (Hong Kong)

Hugh Rogers is a principal of the Funds and a senior vice president of the Firm, responsible for the Real Estate Private Equity group’s construction activities within Asia. Prior to joining Lehman Brothers Real Estate Partners in 2007, Mr. Rogers was the construction director of SEGRO, a FTSE 100 property investment and development company in the U.K., where he had responsibility for $400 million worth of new-build construction annually and all development and project management activities related to real estate. He was also a construction director for Arlington Securities, the largest developer of business parks in the U.K., and has worked for various international contracting firms in Africa and the Middle East. Mr. Rogers holds a B.Sc. (Hons) in civil engineering from the Aston University in Birmingham, U.K.

Lonnie Rothbort
Managing Director, Finance (New York)

Lonnie Rothbort is a principal of the Funds and a managing director of the Firm. Prior to joining Real Estate Private Equity in 2008, Mr. Rothbort was a principal in the Lehman Brothers Fixed Income Division, working in the Mortgage Capital Division. In 2006 he became the Mortgage Capital Division Controller and Lehman Brothers Bank Controller, responsible for all accounting, finance, treasury and branch functions for Lehman Brothers Bank. Prior to joining Lehman Brothers in 1989, Mr. Rothbort was a mortgage derivative analyst at Salomon Brothers. He began his career in the Management Trainee Program at Chemical Bank. Mr. Rothbort has over 20 years of real estate experience and holds a B.S. from the State University of New York, Binghamton and an M.B.A. from St. John's University.

Klaus Schmid
Vice President, Equity Investments (London)

Klaus Schmid is a principal of the Equity Funds and a vice president of the Firm. Mr. Schmid joined Lehman Brothers Real Estate Partners in 2001 and has since worked on equity and mezzanine transactions in Germany, France, the Netherlands and the U.K. During his studies, Mr. Schmid gathered experience in companies such as Lehman Brothers, DiamondCluster, Booz, Allen & Hamilton and L’Oreal. Mr. Schmid holds an M.Sc. in commerce from the Vienna University of Business Administration and a CEMS master's degree with specializations in international management and finance acquired from HEC, Paris, and SSE, Sweden, respectively. Mr. Schmid has over six years of real estate experience.

Jonathan Shumaker
Vice President, Equity Investments (New York)

Jonathan Shumaker is a principal of the Equity Funds and a vice president of the Firm. Prior to joining Lehman Brothers Real Estate Partners in 2004, Mr. Shumaker was a member of Citigroup's Real Estate Investment Banking group and Mergers & Acquisitions group where he participated in the execution of numerous corporate finance and advisory transactions on behalf of public and private real estate companies. Mr. Shumaker holds a B.A. from Cornell University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

Mike Tsoulies
Senior Vice President, Finance (London)

Mike Tsoulies is a principal of the Funds and a senior vice president of the Firm, responsible for financial management. Prior to joining Lehman Brothers Real Estate Partners in 2007, Mr. Tsoulies spent four years with TriMont Real Estate Advisors working for Lehman Brothers’ Real Estate Private Equity group. He was a member of the asset management team on the funds’ North American operations for one year before joining the European business as manager of accounting, tax and administration in London. Mr. Tsoulies holds a B.A. in accounting and finance from Florida State University, graduating magna cum laude, and an M.B.A from Georgia State University.

Judy Turchin
Senior Vice President, Legal (New York)

Judy Turchin is a principal of the Mezzanine Fund and a senior vice president of the Firm. Ms. Turchin serves as internal counsel for the Mezzanine Fund, assisting in legal structuring and closing of all transactions in addition to other legal matters. Prior to joining the Firm, Ms. Turchin was a lawyer at Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz, representing institutional clients on real estate acquisitions. Ms. Turchin began her career with Robinson, Silverman, Pearce, Aronsohn & Berman LLP, where she negotiated and drafted leases and loans. Ms. Turchin has over 10 years of real estate experience and holds a B.A. from Rutgers University and a J.D. from Fordham University School of Law.

Kentaro Uematsu
Vice President, Finance (Tokyo)

Kentaro Uematsu is a principal of the Equity Funds and a vice president of the Firm. Prior to joining Lehman Brothers in 2006, Mr. Uematsu was a vice president of Citigroup, where he was involved in various real estate advisory services including arrangement of structured real estate investment for private bank clients and arrangement of off-balance sheet real estate finance for corporate bank clients. Mr. Uematsu has over seven years of real estate experience and holds a B.A. in science from the University of Tokyo.

Erik van Keulen
Senior Vice President, Equity Investments (Hong Kong)

Erik van Keulen is a principal of the Equity Funds and a senior vice president of the Firm. Prior to joining the Real Estate Private Equity group, Mr. van Keulen was employed by Capital Advisory Services in Thailand, where he worked in conjunction with the Lehman Brothers' Global Real Estate group to spearhead and underwrite principal property transactions across Asia. Prior to working with Lehman Brothers in 2003, Mr. van Keulen was a managing director at HVS International, a New York-based, international hotel real estate advisory group. Mr. van Keulen started his career with HVS in London in 1996 and was transferred to Singapore to direct the formation of the HVS franchise for Asia. During his time with HVS, Mr. van Keulen conducted advisory transactions in more than 40 countries throughout the world. Mr. van Keulen has over 10 years of real estate experience. He holds a graduate degree from IMHI, Groupe ESSEC, Paris, France, an M.Sc. in real estate from the National University of Singapore and an undergraduate degree from Hoge Hotelschool Maastricht in the Netherlands.

Sophie van Oosterom
Senior Vice President, Asset Management (London)

Sophie van Oosterom is a principal of the Funds and a senior vice president of the Firm. Prior to joining Lehman Brothers, Ms. van Oosterom was chief financial officer of M2Match.COM BV, an online leasing platform creating a direct marketing channel for commercial real estate of Dutch institutional investors and brokers, together owning/managing 80% of Dutch commercial real estate. Prior to joining M2Match, Ms. van Oosterom was an associate with the real estate investment banking group at J.P. Morgan where she participated in numerous M&A and capital market transactions for real estate companies. Ms. van Oosterom holds an M.Sc. in economics, with honors, from the University of Amsterdam.

Josephine Wang
Vice President, Equity Investments (Hong Kong)

Josephine Wang is a principal of the Equity Funds and a vice president of the Firm. Ms. Wang joined Lehman Brothers in 2002. Prior to joining Lehman Brothers Real Estate Partners in 2006, Ms. Wang spent three years in the Lehman Brothers Global Real Estate Group in Bangkok. Ms. Wang graduated from New York University in 2002 and holds a B.Sc. in finance and international business.

James Wright
Senior Vice President, Mezzanine Investments (London)

James Wright is a principal of the Mezzanine Fund and a senior vice president of the Firm. Prior to joining the Firm in 2008, Mr. Wright was an executive director at Morgan Stanley and worked in the Large Loan group, responsible for origination, structuring, negotiation, documentation, and execution of large structured real estate financings. Prior to joining the Morgan Stanley Large Loan group, Mr. Wright worked in the Securitized Products group. Mr. Wright started his career at Price Waterhouse Cooper in the Valuation Services Group. Mr. Wright has over 11 years of real estate experience and holds a B.A. from Cambridge University.

Bingwu Xie
Senior Vice President, Equity Investments (Tokyo)

Bingwu Xie is a principal of the Equity Funds and a senior vice president of the Firm. Since joining Lehman Brothers in 2000, Mr. Xie has participated in over $600 million of real estate transactions, including secured nonperforming loan portfolio investments, commercial mortgage-backed securities offerings and corporate sponsorship transactions in Japan, China and South Korea. Prior to joining Lehman Brothers, Mr. Xie was a management consultant with MSCI Co. Limited in Japan for two years and a lecturer in international economics at Harbin Institute of Technology in China for three years. Mr. Xie holds a B.A. from Harbin Institute of Technology in China and an M.A. with honors from the International University of Japan.
