Lehman Brothers Venture Partners' investment activities
are managed by investment professionals dedicated to making and
managing venture capital investments. In building the team, Lehman
Brothers specifically sought to create a balanced skill base comprised
of deep entrepreneurial experience, financial and investment expertise,
and extensive relationships within Lehman Brothers as well as the
venture capital investing community. Individual team members contribute
differentiated skills encompassing private equity, corporate finance
and venture-related management experience. |

Michael
J. Odrich
Head of Private Equity (New York)
Michael J. Odrich is a managing director and head of Lehman Brothers' Private Equity business, which includes 18 different investment strategies across the following six asset classes: Merchant Banking, Venture Capital, Real Estate, Credit-Related Investments (Mezzanine and CDOs), Private Fund Investments (Fund of Funds, Secondary Funds and Co-Investment Funds) and Infrastructure (Global Opportunities and MLPs). Mr. Odrich joined Lehman Brothers in 1986 in the M&A department. Beginning in 1992, he spent three years working directly for Lehman Brothers' chairman and chief executive officer, involved in strategic and financial planning, board of directors matters and merchant banking and investment banking transactions. In 1995, he joined the Firm's Private Equity business, responsible for identifying, executing and managing investments for the Merchant Banking group. Also in 1995, he established the Firm's venture capital investment program. He became head of Private Equity in 2000. Mr. Odrich is a member of the Lehman Brothers Management Committee. He also is a member of the Firm's Investment Committee, Valuation Committee and the screening committees for the six asset classes of private equity. Mr. Odrich is currently a director of Firth Rixson Limited and Regeneration Technologies, Inc. Mr. Odrich holds an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School and a B.A. from Stanford University. |

Thomas E.
Banahan
Managing Director (Menlo Park)
Thomas E. Banahan is a managing director in Private Equity, head
of Global Venture Capital and a partner in Lehman Brothers Venture
Partners. In addition to oversight of Lehman Brothers Venture Partners,
Mr. Banahan has managerial responsibility for Lehman Brothers' European
Venture Capital Group and Communications Venture Group. Prior to
joining Lehman Brothers in 1999, Mr. Banahan spent 20 years working
as an operational manager in the technology industry. Most recently,
he was the vice president of business development for Marimba, Inc. Mr. Banahan joined Marimba as the 14th employee
and was involved in all areas of the company's growth through its
successful public offering in April 1999. Prior to Marimba, Mr.
Banahan was the vice president of worldwide sales for Spyglass,
Inc. He joined Spyglass as the 23rd employee and was instrumental
in helping the company deliver a string of 12 consecutive profitable
quarters that positioned Spyglass as the first Internet company
to access the public equity markets in June 1995. During the six
years prior to Spyglass, Mr. Banahan worked for Comdisco, Inc. as a vice president of sales, with his sales team directly
responsible for significant revenue generated from sales to Fortune
1000 companies. Mr. Banahan started his career in the sales organization
at IBM where he spent seven years. He currently is a
director of Composite Software, GameFly, Infoblox, Mark Logic, Primarion
and Tira Wireless, and was formerly a director of PentaSafe Security
Technologies (acquired by NetIQ) and SevenSpace (acquired by Sun
Microsystems). Mr. Banahan holds a B.A. from the University of California,
Santa Barbara. |

Brian K.
Paul
Managing Director (Boston)
Brian K. Paul is a managing director in Private Equity and a partner in Lehman Brothers Venture Partners. Prior to joining Private Equity in 1999, Mr. Paul worked in Lehman Brothers' Global Technology and Healthcare Investment Banking groups in New York, London and Los Angeles. Within these groups, Mr. Paul was responsible for public and private equity offerings as well as strategic advisory assignments. Before joining the Firm in 1994, Mr. Paul was at First Boston, where he was responsible for the purchase and sale of mortgage loan portfolios. He currently is a director of ExaGrid Systems, LifeSize Communications and Meru Networks and is a board observer of Egenera. He was previously a director of Isilon Systems, ShoreTel Communications, E2O Communications (sold to JDSU) and Creekpath Systems (sold to Opsware). Mr. Paul holds an M.B.A. with distinction from the Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management and a B.S. in economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. |

Stewart A. Gollmer is a managing director in Private Equity and a partner in Lehman Brothers Venture Partners. Mr. Gollmer joined the Firm in 1998 and has been with Lehman Brothers Venture Partners since 2001. Prior to joining Lehman Brothers Venture Partners, he was a member of Lehman Brothers' Technology Investment Banking group, where he was responsible for corporate finance and strategic advisory assignments. Prior to joining Lehman Brothers, Mr. Gollmer was a corporate attorney. He currently is a director of Navini Networks, Kodiak Networks and Health Language and is a board observer of TeleNav and comScore Networks. Mr. Gollmer holds an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business, a J.D. from Brigham Young University J. Reuben Clark Law School and a B.A. from Johns Hopkins University. |

Melton
Senior Vice President (Menlo Park)
Brian G. Melton is a senior vice president in Private Equity and
a partner in Lehman Brothers Venture Partners. He joined Private
Equity in 1995 and has been with Lehman Brothers Venture Partners
since 2000. Prior to joining Lehman Brothers Venture Partners, Mr.
Melton was a member of Lehman Brothers' Merchant Banking Group,
based in Hong Kong and New York. Prior to joining Private Equity,
he was a member of Lehman Brothers' Financial Sponsors Group. Mr.
Melton is currently a director of Mobilygen Corporation and Aspen
Aerogels, and a board observer of Valere Power. He is involved with
the Firm's investments in Composite Software, Infobox, Mark Logic
and Primarion, and was previously involved with Evant (acquired
by Manhattan Associates), Oblix (acquired by Oracle), PentaSafe
Security Technologies (acquired by NetIQ Corp.) and E2O Communications
(acquired by JDSU). Mr. Melton holds an M.B.A. from Stanford University
and a B.S. in business from Wake Forest University. |

James D.
Hinson
Senior Vice President (Menlo Park)
James D. Hinson is a senior vice president in Private Equity and is responsible for the administration and operations of the Venture Capital Fund. Prior to joining Lehman Brothers in 2006, Mr. Hinson was the administrative partner at APV Technology Partners, an early-stage venture capital firm focused on investments in information technology companies. While at APV, Mr. Hinson was responsible for the administration of three funds with over $200 million under management. In addition to his administrative responsibilities, Mr. Hinson was a director of Harmony Software, Impala Linear (acquired by Fairchild Semiconductor), NetCell, Newmonics, Primarion and iBahn. Prior to joining APV, Mr. Hinson was a principal in the Fund Investment group of BankAmerica Capital Corporation, where he managed a portfolio of investments in private equity funds. Mr. Hinson received an M.B.A. from the UCLA Anderson School of Management and an A.B. in economics from Stanford University. |

Benjamin A. Boyer is a vice president in Private Equity and a partner in Lehman Brothers Venture Partners. Nick Sinai
Vice President (Boston)
Nick Sinai is a vice president in Private Equity and a principal in Lehman Brothers Venture Partners. Prior to joining Lehman Brothers Venture Partners in 2008, Mr. Sinai worked at Polaris Venture Partners, where he focused on information and energy technology investments, and was part of the investment teams that invested in LogMeIn, Confluence, Integrian, Emo Labs, Roundbox, Mintera, Dataupia, SiOnyx, Infinite Power Solutions, and GreenFuel Technologies. While at Polaris, Mr. Sinai was also interim vice president of corporate development for GreenFuel Technologies. Prior to Polaris, Mr. Sinai worked in the Media and Communications group at Madison Dearborn Partners, and prior to that, he was a manager at Cambridge Strategic Management Group, a strategy consulting firm focused on the communications industry. Mr. Sinai holds an M.B.A. from University of Chicago Graduate School of Business and an A.B. from Harvard University. |
