Firm Receives Global Award for Lehman Brothers EncoreSM Program

The Firm has been honored with a Global Award from Opportunity Now in recognition of the Lehman Brothers EncoreSM program. Encore, Lehman Brothers' lateral recruiting initiative, is designed to tap into and leverage a pool of highly talented individuals who have left the workforce and are interested in resuming their careers in financial services.

Since its launch in 2005, over 250 people have attended the Firm's Encore outreach events across the globe, including New York, London, Tokyo and Hong Kong.

Opportunity Now is the pre-eminent gender body in the U.K., and its award celebrates best practices in global diversity initiatives with a focus on gender.
