Euromoney recognized Lehman Brothers with the following "Deals of the Year" award in its February 2008 Japanese Digest:

• Best M&A Deal (Japanese Target): Permira's Acquisition of Arysta LifeScience
  -Lehman Brothers acted as financial advisor to Olympus Capital
  -Olympus Capital Holdings Asia agreed to sell Arysta LifeScience to Permira for ¥250 billion (approximately $2.3 billion).
